Manny being eBay

One of the benefits of being on the road is I get to read USA Today, a paper written at a first grade level, on a good day, which makes it perfect for me. I quickly scanned the paper the other morning and read what I thought later in the day was a dream I had. That Manny Ramirez, who hates the media, is aloof and distant with those who write about him, who hates Boston because the fans won't leave him alone, who is in his own little world, put a freakin grill, the kind that you cook burgers and sausages on, for sale on eBay for 4,000 dollars. Manny, who gets paid 20 million dollars a year, which amounts to over 54 thousand a day, put his name on eBay, the worlds largest peer to peer networking site, to sell a grill that HE DOESN'T FREAKIN USE????

And my love for Manny grows.

Spring training is rolling along

Hello Yankee fans and Red Sox haters,

I have been terrible with updating this useless blog. I've been too busy making the bling to stop and write, but fortunately I have been keeping tabs on things in Florida and the pulse of loser nation. So, based on spring training, couple of things.

Dice-K will with th Cy Young.

Josh Beckett will the the Cy Young too.

Papelbon will also win the Cy Young AND close the games.

Curt Schilling, that fat big mouthed jerk, will with the Cy Young and command 20 mil a year after making the Sox management look bad.

Julian Tavarez should be punched, beaten and beat up and run out of town because he SUCKS and is a loser but tells us what is going on with Manny.

Jon Lester won't win the Cy Young but it's a nice story, nothing to make fun of there, cancer is a serious matter.

Manny Ramirez still makes this town look foolish but who cares, I mean, after all, he's a 40/120 guy so as long as you look like you have no grain in the silo and can hit the ball for ever, then you can piss on the town that you call home.

Since when did the Sox get the Seattle Mariners old DH guy, Edgar Martinez, to pitch for them?

Please let Joel Pineiro close, please, just for sh*ts and giggles.

Better yet, let Tim Wakefield close. Something tells me my grandkids will see him in the 5 man rotation 30 years from now.

Is Jason Varitek the captain, I can't tell wih the C on his uniform. I thought it stood for Catcher but Lowell doesn't have T on his? I hate Varitek.

As for the Yanks, not looking great with the starting pitching. Mussina will do well I think. Wang should do well. Pettitte, who knows? I think they paid a lot for him but I can't wait until he brushes back Ortiz with an inside pitch and Boston's 100 million Japanese import has to retaliate, which is not something they do over there. But after those three, who then? Don't let Pavano out there or he will get hurt. Igawa?

Good thing is relief looks good and of course the line up is freakin awesome.

My prediction, Sox start out great in April and May, love fest in Boston, things cool off in June and July and by beginning of September they are in a train wreck.
