Thanksgiving 2005
We had a good Thanksgiving. We drove down to NY on Wednesday to spend it with Patti’s parents and her brother. No problem with traffic and we took the Cross Sound Ferry as usual – a little expensive but great way to get from New England to the east end of Long Island.
We didn’t do much. Spent time with Patti's family, had dinner, saw some friends who were in town, drove around Dune Road. The kids got to test the child safety aspects of Jim and Pat's newly redesigned kitchen, which, by the way, is unbelievable. It was relaxing and enjoyable, as usual.
Got back Saturday night and now my 5 day semi vacation is over. It’s life as usual.
Thought I’d share.
