ARod back to the Yanks - update

From today's NY Daily News...

"We will not negotiate with Scott Boras," a Yankees source said. "He cannot be in the room."

Damn RIGHT they won't deal with Boras. And to make me happy, they should not deal with AROD EITHER!! 350 mil. What the (expletive deleted) is he smoking? What will Boras and ARod do if and when no one can afford 12 years and 350 mil? Seriously? What will they do? You know what they will do? They come back to moneybags and hope they don't hear Steinbrenner tell him to go (expletive deleted) himself and offer ARod much less than he wants.

Look, I wouldn't mind seeing ARod go to another team, what have they done since 2004 when they got him. But if he comes back on the Yanks terms, then fine, we'll see how it goes in the 2008 post season.

More on Mo and Posada later, I need to get back to work.

Hey, now he gets another chance to redeem himself with the NY fans. I am glad that the Yankees are that forgiving of his post season malaise. Let is be said here first, though, and not wait until 86 years on the next Yankee WS Championship - welcome "The Curse of 0-fer"

"Ah ! well a-day ! what evil looks
Had I from old and young!
Instead of the cross, the Albatross
About my neck was hung."
