Is ARod worth 350 mil??

I swear if the Yankees work out a deal with that a-hole Boras and his flake star player ARod than I am going to be become a free agent fan and pimp myself out to another baseball team (but not the Red Sox). Alex Rodriguez is the best player in baseball, probably top 3 or 4 all time, but I think 350 mil can be better spent elsewhere, but more importantly, out of principle I think the Yanks should tell him to go (expletive) himself.

First, Boras announced that ARod was opting out during the World Series. A-hole move.

Second, Boras and ARod made Cashman and the Yankees look like fools by not talking to them, and then after opting out telling the Yankees they can have the pleasure of negotiating with ARod if they bring 350 million dollars to the table. F**k that, freakin jerk.

Third, ARod didn't even have the common courtesy and respect for the game to accept his Hank Aaron award before game 4 of the World Series. What was it ARod? To busy burning stacks of 100 dollar bills in your fireplace to warm your guest house living room.

Considering what ARod adds to any team, except in the playoffs, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Yankees at least discuss it. But does anyone really think Hank Steinbrenner’s first move running the team will be to commit that crazy amount of money to ARod. And again, out of pride and trying to save face, would Cashman really offer something up to him.

I am really watching this thing closely because I have no idea who will be willing to give him a 12 year, TWELVE YEAR, contract worth that much money. But what do I know. When Manny signed with the Red Sox, 20 mil a year seemed crazy. Not so crazy now though, is it.

I agree with you Mr. Dave, If the Sox do something stupid like signing this A-HOLE I will drop them from my life like I have dropped the bruins.
