Open Day 2008
Its finally opening day for the Yankees (Red Sox started last week in Japan). I usually don't take much stock in the first month or so, but am really interested this year. For the first time in 12 years, the Yankees are not the defending AL East winners, and are not the favorites to go to the Series. And there is a lot of doubt as to how good they are going to be.
Today's lineup, thanks to this blog.
I am especially interested in Giambi.
