Red Sox moron
Is there no shame with Red Sox fans.
I have a feeling this is going to be a pretty big story, considering Red Sox fans are fast becoming a hated nation. From Newsday...
A construction worker's bid to curse the New York Yankees by planting a Boston Red Sox jersey in their new stadium was foiled Sunday when the home team removed the offending shirt from its burial spot.

So Loser Nation has idiots everywhere.
BTW, I need to find a great article in Maxim mag that talked about how much New England fans are hated around the country. Not speaking for Pats, Celtics, BC, Bruins or Revs fans, but I hated Red Sox fans LONG before anyone else. Bunch of bandwagon jumpers.
Getting back to the Ortiz jersey, read about it here on Foxnews.
Or here on ESPN.
Or here at the NY Post.
Or here at CNN SI.

I am not sure which is more ridiculous... the Red Sox fan burying the jersey... or taking the time, money and energy digging it out.

What’s more pathetic, a guy burying a Sox shirt to try to curse the Yankees, or the Yankees freaking out and digging the shirt up??? I am going to go with the Yankees freaking out…
Your thoughts?

I hate to admit this, but I agree with Loser Nation. 50 grand for union construction workers to come in on Sunday and jack hammer cement to get this stupid jersey out of the park. What a joke. The Yankees should taken the high road and said something about curses being for the weak minded and that they would continue winning with hard work, talent development, superior scouting and 200 million dollars. Digging it up is something the Red Sox would have done pre-2004. Bush league move. I am sick to my stomach, not that they did it, but that I agree with Red Sox fans.
