big boy bed
Ethan started climbing out of his crib this week. It's good and bad. Good because we no longer have to debate getting a second crib so Ethan could stay in one til he (and we) were really ready; and bad because now he can roam the upstairs, at will, day or night.
So we decided to try out the big boy bed. There are two twin beds in Emily's room. She will share a room with Ethan 'til Emerson is weaned. Of course with any new thing we always worry that it will be horrible, nobody will sleep and there will be alot of crying (we won't say who will be crying -you can guess it will be me). Anyway it went fine, for the first night, and we hope for continued success.
